Keeping disputes in past, Dwayne Johnson confirmed to the outlet that he got to meet with Vin Diesel to discuss the matter.

Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel were one of the most beloved co-stars of all time. Fans love to see their actions in Fast and Furious films. However, The Rock and Disel’s friendship changed when Johnson hit Vin Diesel publicly. Since then, they have had no intentions of reconciliation. Moreover, Johnson is not returning to Fast & Furious for the last two films. But, The Rock now has regrets about his past actions.

He also reveals the stress that he has regretted doing so. While talking about the 2016 post, The Rock shared, “It caused a firestorm.” He then added, “Yet interestingly enough… as if every single crew member found their way to me and either quietly thanked me or sent me a note.”

Fast and Furious star continues to the outlet, “But, yeah, it wasn’t my best day, sharing that. I shouldn’t have shared that. Because at the end of the day, that goes against my DNA. I don’t share things like that.” The former wrestler further said that he takes care of that kind of thing away from the public. Keeping disputes in past, Dwayne confirmed to the outlet that he got to meet with Vin Diesel to discuss the matter.

In November 2021, Vin urges Dwayne Johnson to return to the Fast & Furious franchise. The actor shared a photo of the two acting in one of the franchise’s films.

The actor also wrote a lengthy message where he expressed his desire for Dwayne johnson to return to the franchise. Diesel began the caption by referring to Johnson as a family member and mentioning how the Fast & Furious series was coming to an end. The Chronicles of Riddick star then expressed that his kids had grown close to the Skyscraper star and that he missed his old castmate.

Diesel also noted that he had previously spoken with his late costar, Paul Walker, regarding the end of the franchise and that he intended to make good on his statement. The Pacifier star concluded the note by urging Johnson to reprise his role as Luke Hobbs in the forthcoming final entries in the film series.
