Ana de Armas looks effortlessly stylish in cream wide-leg trousers and a plain white T-shirt as she steps out in Madrid with friends

She never puts a foot wrong when it comes to fashion.
And Ana de Armas looked effortlessly stylish as usual as she stepped out in Madrid with a group of friends on Tuesday.

The Cuban actress, 35, showed off her sophisticated fashion sense in a pair of wide-leg cream trousers that had a wide-leg design.
She completed the look with a simple white T-shirt tucked in and wore comfortable black trainers.

The brunette beauty perfectly accessorised her look with dark shades and carried a small quilted black bag.
She was joined by some pals as they strolled around the city before stopping to grab some lunch at an outdoor restaurant.

The outing comes after last month a judge dismissed a proposed class action suit filed against the studio Universal brought about by two fans over the presence of actress Ana in the 2019 film Yesterday, or lack thereof.
Recently U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson ruled that plaintiffs Conor Woulfe and Peter Michael Rosza would not be permitted to proceed further with the suit, saying that the suit ‘lacks standing’ and the plaintiffs’ ‘injury is self-inflicted.’

Woulfe and Rosza claimed in a $5 million suit filed last year that the studio had fraudulently misled them by featuring Ana in a preview for the movie, later editing out her scenes.
They accused Universal of false advertisement, unjust enrichment and violation of unfair competition in their lawsuit, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Woulfe and Rosza said they spent $3.99 on rental fees on Amazon Prime in January of 2022, specifically to see scenes featuring de Armas, who had been showcased in 15 seconds in a three-minute-plus long trailer for the Danny Boyle-directed fantasy comedy.
Woulfe said that he subsequently rented a director’s cut of the motion picture via Google Play in hopes of seeing the scenes featuring de Armas.
The judge said in legal docs that the plaintiffs weren’t reliant on the claimed misrepresentations in proceeding with their decision to rent and watch the movie.
In their legal complaint, Woulfe and Rosza pointed to cast listings that included de Armas as a member of the ensemble of the movie, which starred Himesh Patel, Lily James and Sophia Di Martino.
The judge said in legal docs that Universal did not release statements that would have led Woulfe to pay to view the film, on multiple occasions, with the idea of seeing de Armas.
The judge said that the studio did not mislead the plaintiffs to think that the ‘version of Yesterday they accessed on Google Play would be a different version of the movie’ they saw on Amazon Prime.
According to the outlet, de Armas was initially slated to play a romantic interest for Patel’s Jack Malik character, and one frame in the trailer depicted de Armas and Patel appearing on James Corden’s former program, The Late Late Show.
In the complaint from the plaintiffs, they accused Universal of exploiting the scuttled footage of de Armas to maximize box office revenues for the movie.
‘Unable to rely on fame of the actors playing Jack Malik or Ellie to maximize ticket and movie sales and rentals,’ the plaintiffs said, Universal ‘consequently used Ms. De Armas’s fame, radiance and brilliance to promote the film by including her scenes in the movie trailers advertising Yesterday.’
Judge Wilson in December of 2022 said studios can be sued for false advertising if their trailers are deceptive.
Universal claimed trailers had ‘free speech’ protection under the First Amendment of the US Constitution and should be considered ‘non-commercial.’
But Judge Wilson ruled that they were subject to commercial speech regulations, including the California False Advertising Law and the state’s Unfair Competition Law, reported Variety.
He wrote: ‘Universal is correct that trailers involve some creativity and editorial discretion, but this creativity does not outweigh the commercial nature of a trailer.
‘At its core, a trailer is an advertisement designed to sell a movie by providing consumers with a preview of the movie.’
The film studio said the ruling could be burdensome and lead to lawsuits from disappointed fans, pointing out that other films, such as Jurassic Park, also featured footage not shown in the final cut of the movie.
The film stars Patel as musician Jack Malik, who discovers that following a mysterious worldwide blackout everyone has forgotten the existence of The Beatles. After reintroducing their songs to the world he shoots to fame.
De Armas, who has 12.6 million Instagram followers and also featured in the Marylin Monroe movie Blonde, was due to play his initial love interest Roxane and would be serenaded by Jack singing The Beatles song Something on James Corden’s show.
Writer Richard Curtis cut her role from the final film, saying fans would be upset that her character would take away from Malik’s primary love interest Ellie, played by Lily James.
The plaintiffs claimed in the suit that more fans will have been disappointed by de Armas not making the final edit.
Judge Wilson said the ruling was limited to whether an actor or scene would be in the movie and ‘nothing else’.
Curtis told Cinema Blend in June of 2019: ‘That was a very traumatic cut because she was brilliant in it. You know, it’s one of those things where it’s some of our favorite scenes from the film, but we had to cut them for the sake of the whole.’

‘I am officially off the market’: When Margot Robbie revealed she made the ‘conscious’ decision of not dating actors

Margot Robbie revealed her decision to not date actors because of the media scrutiny that came with a public relationship of two high-profile actors
Back in 2015, A-lister Margot Robbie made a declaration that she would not be dating any actors. The actress may have alluded to her fiance Tom Ackerley, who she married the following year in 2016. In an exclusive interview with Marie Claire, she revealed that being in a relationship as an actor herself came with its own set of challenges. She believed that dating someone who was popular would add on to the media scrutiny.

Margot Robbie opened up on why she made a conscious decision to not date actorsTalking to Marie Claire, she claimed, “I am officially off the market.” She then shared the reasoning behind her decision and added, “I made a conscious decision not to date actors.” She continued to explain, “But not because I hate actors. That’s a nasty generalization to make, and that’s not the case. People take such an interest in your love life when you have a profile, it puts a lot of stress on a relationship.”
The Barbie actress continued, “So two people with profiles, I figure it’s just double the amount of scrutiny, and I’d like to avoid that at all costs.” This came after reports of her locking lips with Tarzan co-star Alexander Skarsgard started making rounds. It was reported that she was caught kissing the actor during the Sundance Film Festival.

Margot Robbie revealed she opted for a minimal lifestyle even after becoming an actorIn the interview, Robbie also opened up about how she was adapting to fame. She shared, “I have a normal 24-year-old life. If I were a waitress, I’d probably have the exact same lifestyle. I’d go to the same clubs I go to already, live in the same house with the same housemates, hang out with the same people.”
However, Margot Robbie tied the knot with Tom Ackerley who is an English producer and actor. The duo met on the sets of 2013 movie Suite Francaise where Tom was working as an assistant director. Post marriage, both of them launched their production company LuckyChap Entertainment.

‘Rocky’ Was Quite Different In His Original Screenplay, Sylvester Stallone Claims

Sylvester Stallone took his friend’s advice on a rewrite of the original screenplay to Rocky. A few tweaks later, he was on his way to major success.
In the new Netflix documentary Sly, Stallone discussed how he initially conceived of the project, which had a much harder edge. In the early version, Rocky was depicted as a “thuggish” character, inspired by Martin Scorsese’s crime drama, Mean Streets.

But Stallone’s perspective changed when a friend read the script and thought the boxer was too cruel for audiences to actually care about him.
Stallone recalled her crying.

“She goes, ‘I hate Rocky. I hate him. He’s cruel. He hits people. He beats them up.’”
Stallone took it to heart, and asked what he could do to soften the character.

“I said, ‘what if you stop short of it?’ Like, maybe he almost did. He could have, that’s his job, but he doesn’t?’ ‘That’d be nice,’” he added. “I said, ‘What if he had a girlfriend or something?’ ‘Yeah, that’s nice.’ So I go back, start writing that: ‘Girlfriend. Nice.’”
$117 million in box office later, a franchise was born.

Stallone also revealed that actor Dolph Lundgren sent him to the hospital during one fight scene in Rocky IV.
“Dolph Lundgren… he pulverized me,” Stallone says in the documentary. “Later that night, my heart started to swell—which happens when the heart hits the chest—and then my blood pressure went up to 260, and they thought I was going to be talking to angels. Next thing I know, I’m in intensive care, where I’m surrounded by nuns, and I thought, ‘OK, that’s curtains.’”
Stallone was in the hospital for nine days following the incident, praying for “one more round.”
“For the first minute of the fight, it is going to be a free-for-all,” Stallone told Lundgren. The Swedish actor joked in a separate interview that all he did was “obey orders,” explaining, “[Stallone] was the boss. I did what he told me.”
Doctors allegedly told Stallone that he received a blow to the ribs that made his heart rattle around in his ribcage, a condition typically seen in head-on collisions. “I did hit a bus, of sorts,” Stallone joked.
